I read somwhere that sunflower oil wasnt good for the pump but veg was ok

Sunflower is one of the best, along with rapeseed. I emptied a 1000-litre IBC of the stuff last year.

Veg oil is usually a generic oil from any old mix of veg veg that can be squeezed......

I have used sunflower oil and rape seed oil, even mixed the two in the same tank, but at the same temperature rape seed oil seem thinner.

and just where are we supposed to get that lol

loads of places try farms or almost any industry have to pay to get rid of it
