Well got some 4mm plastic and made space for single din and a new hazard push button switch.

Cover plastic in fake carbon fibre.

Wired in hazard switch and braced the back with wood cut to size.

Total cost £5.69.

I think its better than the £114 quid ones you have to buy.

Nice job... room for a LED voltage gauge and a LED outside temp gauge either side of the button as well. :augie

It's already got an outside temp gauge Clive:thumb2 but yes room for volt gauge & extra switches:augie

Ive got a volt meter already in the car but I have illuminated toggle switches and will position these where the window switches go in the older terrano models next to the hand brake. Going to fit front a rear blue led footwell lights and a masters dwitch for the roof dvd player.

Oh like mine ? :lol

Yep just like that.

I used to have then on a pajero along the bottom of the door part looking onto the running boards - looked like a ufo as it came down the road lol.

Always fancied fitting a white LED light into the bonnet scoop not sure if i'll ever get around to doing it thou:augie

What sort of LED light units did you fit Sweety?

The fronts are a 5x LED buld ones made by Ring but don't think they make them any more, but the rear ones were a cheap £2.50 set of 4 off ebay ( like these but mine were cheaper as came from china I think:lol http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2X-Brand-..._Lights_Fairy_Lights&var=&hash=item19e6bba61b
) which are flat & flexible which can be stuck on but I had some velcro which I stuck on the back of the light strip & they then stuck to the bottom of the rear part of the front seats
