Hi dave 123,
I have seen them on ebay and the nissan dealers sell them, as for setting them up,take the measurement of the least worn and transfer that measurement to all the new ones and don't forget to grease them all.

rustygates.

the bolt doesn't fit . so size doesn't matter then steve . lol

Then don't use full lock, back off a bit.

Keep them well greased, the problem in this area is it is a high wash area, so gets washed off in the rain.

I have also tried waxoyl.

I greased mine once, next day it was same again lol

I kind of like the graunching noise mine makes on full lock, everyone knows when you on the move, and when I'm carrying my boss around I just say 'Oh that's just the steering' which makes him go a bit pale looking :)

Has anyone ever made an upgrade for the problem? I have been think about this problem for a while, it would be nice to have a small bearing where the bolt is (just an idea). I just might have to look into the problem a bit further to see if anyone has a solution.
