Ford or Nissan dealers - not sure how much - have never bothered myself, have you tried greasing them?

i got told by a nissan dealer not to bother replacing them just put loads of grease on them.i check mine after i jet wash it just to make sure i haven't blasted the grease off.

I replaced mine a year ago & they are almost shot :evil: so will be putting plenty of grease on them from now on to stop the horrid squeak/grind you can get :roll: IIRC I paid about £3 each if that helps but there is 3 different types :roll:
