We tried some once, we bought it at Shrewsbury market, a "Drum Stick " is too much in one go. :lol :lol

It tasted like strong turkey, as far as I can remember, but turkey was cheaper and better. I guess it depends how it is cooked.

We also tried a Kangaroo steak, tasted a bit like strong lamb, but again, lamb was cheaper and better though.

We thought we would try it to see what we were missing, not much....:doh

We did think about the music from " Skippy the bush Kangaroo", which did make it stick in our throats a little....

tried shark twice, once as a steak ,second time small pieces with a light batter coating.

Nothing that a good vet can get back on it's feet ! All these cooking sexperts on TV slap the steak on the grill for a second or two and then put the pink thing on a plate with 3 carrots and 1/2 tomato. Not for me.Don't like pink meat.Must be dead and cooked with lots of veggies and thick chips and lots of tomato sauce.Yummy.Now I've made myself hungry.:p

Ostrich

Ostrich is luvly.Used to eat it a lot when overseas.Had a go with crocodile once but tasted a bit like muddy fish.
