I should add that the 10psi was measured at the Inlet Manifold (I've had the hose adapter off, and drilled & tapped it) and there is I daresay a psi or 2 lost in the intercooler, so the turbo could be blowing at 12psi...
Any how, I have wound up the wastegate 3 turns which equates to 12psi at the inlet manifold now.
I am experiementing with some adjustable plug-in chip's to see how it best responds, but will possibly go with a ECU remap in the finish.....
I too have fitted an 11" intercooler fan, and it keeps the charge temps down well after being stood or slow moving traffic, and it definately picks up much better, but after about 40mph sustained fullboost doesnt cause any alarming rise in charge temps.
