Thanks mate. I had previously tried operating the switch as you suggested, however, it had no effect. It tends to come on mostly when hitting any pot holes in the road. Sometimes it doesn't come on for months. All very random.

Potholes used to do that to mine too when I still had it, like I said they do start to fail so that may be what's happening with yours :nenau

You can get a solid droplink to replace the disconnecting one (or a new disconnecting one) but I wouldn't worry about it to be honest as she'll still be pretty stable with the front ARBs.
