Squeaky Suspension/Clutch Pedal

I am new to owning a terrano so I apologise in advance if this topic has been covered.
I notice that my suspension does seam noisey no knocking just squeaky. I assume it is something to with the rubber bushes getting old? Apart from replacing bushes can any components be greased? Also another thing is squeaky clutch pedal (every time I depress the pedal I can hear a spring like sound)

never come across squeaky suspension before, is it the same in the rain cos if it is rubbers the water should stop it, if it is the same then I would be looking at top/bottom swivels and all track rod components, Rick

Check that your front anti roll bar bushes haven't perished or split, they are under U Clamps holding them to the chassis, mine we squeeking real bad, it was embarassing driving through town :doh

Clutch pedal is a known issue too. Have a search around on here. There is a small plastic bush that the pedal pivots on which wears. From time to time you see brass replacements either on here or ebay. You might find as it wears away further the pedal may not return all the way too.

You can get grease in a spray can, I've seen people on other cars spraying the grease onto and onto all the joints and bushes they can find. ARB link bushes would be a strong possibility too.

I recently had to remove the front prop shaft as uj's at both ends had seized and were squeaking all the time as I don't have free wheel hubs.

The whole drive train and suspension seam generally noisey. I think i'll try and go round with some spray grease to start and see if this cures the problem. There is a distinct clunk from the rear suspension on the drivers side now which needs investigating and a noisey pas pump!

Clunk on rear suspension sounds familiar, I had the same. One of the shocks did not have gas (or oil?) in it anymore...

Replaced both, piece of cake once you get the shock nuts loose.

I have been round with some spray grease and it has made a slight difference. The rear shocks are weaping so that looks to be the cause of the knocking at the back.
