On a Nissan note!!

Has anyone done a spring lift on a Y60 troll :nenau

The chap I got my Alloys off told me Milners springs weren't worth Sh!T:nenau

I reckon a 2"lift on the springs and I could get 37"tyres on..Tell me if I'm wrong.. please!!

Does anyone ( or Briggie ) know What the spring rates ( lb/in ) overall length ( mm ) and diameter of the standard springs are????

Has anyone done a comparison of spring swapability for example:-
Are Landcruiser front / rear springs suitable for any other vehicles giving an extra inch or two lift:sly
So can you buy a standard spring for one truck at a sensible price and use it as an upgrade without being ripped off for a 'modified' unit:nenau

Sorry

Not a 2" spring lift and 37" tyres on a Nissan Note:doh:eek::bow

But how wicked would that look:thumb2

spring lift

Hi Patrolman,
When you fit the 2" lift, if you put a 30mm poly bush spacer on top of the back springs it will give that bit more & your patrol will look like its sitting level as you know the front arches are higher than the front, super pro do the spacers.

But im afraid you will not get 37" tyres on, as i run 33" x 12.50 & they just rub at full articulation, with 2" OME springs & spacers.

Give me a shout if you want a chat.

Nellie.

dadba managed 35" on his newer troll. but he spent buckets. you need to bare in mind the more you lift the worse angle the dif will be at. on landy's this blows the difs. im guessing it will on a troll too.

so if you go too high you might need to mod the bars that hold the axels on

from what ive seen , (and its very limited) with a little tinkering you will get 35's on with 2" lift with some body mods

Spring lifts never really give any more space for bigger tyres you need a body lift to fit bigger tyres.
