special text in numberplate

I'm.getting a front plate made up today.

Rather than the business name.underneath I can have something extra written on it.

The plate has to be traceable back to where it was made, I'm sure it has to have the postcode on there as well now by law

Cant be an mot fail, mine just has the garage name on it. Since then the garage chain went bust so cant really be traced as such.

I have had to go to a local motor shop for a plate and they told it had to have the name and post code. Probably just covers the manufacture of plates and not the mot.
