Speaker fault, dead?

All I want is something that'll go straight in with no mucking about, making adapter plates or cutting into the door. As for quality all I need is a step up from the current factory speakers so I can hear over the engine's tractor noise :augie

I'm no audiophile and my hearing isn't the best (hearing aids for telly and music), so it's pointless going overboard I think. So, in essence, I just need a basic, no frills or faff upgrade that'll whack straight in so I can turn my attention to under the bonnet.
