spare wheel lift

Apologies for the inappropriate posts guys, these have been removed and the user will be banned if they do it again.

They picked a good thread though to spam though as I'm going to need to lift my spare wheel even more now I will have a 35" to go on the rear door, I've already flipped the carrier over from it's standard rotation to get the 33" on so can't spin again :lol

Spacer isn't an option either as to clear the rear door step on the bumper I need to come out 40mm so seems the only way is up?

Any ideas guys?
