So why is there a faceache group?

Is it instead of here?

Is it to compliment here?

Think its new, someone added me this week. Seems very active what ever it is.

It will take more than the insubstantial and transient nature of social media, to herald the demise of this forum.
Faceache is a plague on the world.

`Rumours of my death, have been greatly exaggerated....`

The search facility on this forum frequently incurs criticism, however if you persevere you can generally find what you are looking for.
The search engine on FB is awful, to the extent of being useless.
Quality information is maintained here and can be found relatively easily.

There are loads out there, I've been added to that many recently that I don't know which one I'm posting in :lol
Have got rid of a lot of them as it's the same people posting the same thing in different groups.
I like it simple.

To be honest I set the FB page up because at the time I couldn't find an English page relating to the terrano/maverick on FB. It serves it's purpose for people who don't use forums I myself use the forum and FB. End of the day it never has pleaded everybody when I set it up I got loads of grief from members on here but I'm not one to bow down and shut the page down just because a few don't agree with it.

I have actually just made use of the FB page to try to get a pair of 6x4 speakers for my T2 as I failed miserably on here!

There's an FB page?
I can't be arsed with FB as there are so many duplicated posts and often an obligation to like something.
For me it's just an easy way to keep in touch with people in Spain, but beyond that it's all a bit of a pain.
Twitter is the king for my inane day to day commentary and commentating.
The forum for talking with like minded people and sharing info without the crap. :thumbs

Each to there own though like I say some members off this forum have always been against the FB page.

Oi you lot, leave me out of this Fire Bobby (FB) :D

I don't have a face ache account, there's only so much time you can spend on these things, some people do like to tell the world about their lives on it though

I just dislike faceache, full stop.

I am so highly suspicious of so called `social media`, it's not true, too much `liking` going on to be normal, and falsity resounds through the place.......sorry for the rant, over now

The Facebook page is great, lots of new active members and the same sort of questions on here, still a sticky bit on top for a few bits needed. No bickering or falling out, nobody leaves or gets kicked out. So easy to upload and all filed in complete chronological order (no search facility) but you have to scroll....

Imagine it like one giant thread containing many threads.

And a like button :naughty

All hail the page :kissy

Did I not supply you with a couple of speakers? it may have been someone else of course as my PMs do not go back very far, so no way of checking, Rick

No, you're right Rick, you did let me have a pair but they were too big (I believe they were 7x5 which may have been fitted to later T2s, mine being old school, takes 6x4s). Bruce

What year is yours then, I do have a 94 petrol, but thought they were the same, Rick

Each to their own im sure, just wondered if it was something to do with the forum. Looks like the oldest membership is 3 weeks on the one that I've been added to.
Think FB and the forum both have their place so spread the love:lol

Have to say though, don't think theres much falling out on here or bickering or people getting kicked off here is there?
