Well they got it right.
Its snowing very heavily here and sticking.we had about an inch within half hour.
Going be a fun drive home from work😀:D

Lucky bugger, have bright sunshine down here and not a cloud in the sky. Fingers crossed it will arrive for the evening so I can take the old girl out before my night shift. :thumbs

Snow here too!

Snow in Derby around 1.00pm nice covering fell very quickly but now its stopped.

We have it very light here in Hertfordshire but hopefully now its started it will continue.

Kind regards

Russell.

I'm sick of being teased, it was very heavy earlier here in Walsall and I thought right this is it

Nothing on the floor now and bright sunshine :doh

If anything it's drying the floor for later so the "monster snow" can settle :clap

lots of the stuff up here .... been snowing from around 9pm last night :sly , looks to have stopped now , but not so sure ..... I leave it to your imagination what its like outside :sly.... it has advantages living 900ft above sea level , but disadvantages too ( I haven't got a 4x4  )

apart from skiers this must be one of the few forums that want snow.:thumbs

Just driven up from Oxford to home near Cannock, snow fluries around Banbury, then some around M42 which was very busy, then we decided to take the M6 toll, wow... that was busy, a lot of people had the same idea.

We had snow at T6 of M6 Toll, around an inch on the ground.
Looks like more to come.

What I don't understand is the number of drivers who decided that putting any form of lights on their car was a waste of energy .... f*****g idiots.

I wish the police would take them off the road and crush their cars, and if I was feeling in a good mood, I would suggest that they let the driver out first.

Then I would also do the same with those idiots that don't indicate when changing lanes, or when coming off at slip roads.
Rant Rant...

we have had some very heavy snow here.
its was like a winter wonderland driving home from work.:D
its sticking to the main roads too:D
not so much the further down the bank where I live but I took a few very slippy side roads in on the way down. and its starting to freeze

correction

Just started snowing here [southend] and is settling on Mav

Had a few heavy snow showers on and off through the day here.
At one point it got so bad that I had to put my wipers on:lol

More snow overnight

Another short heavy snowfall at around 10.00 pm last night so everywhere is now white.
All the main roads are fine and gritters have been busy.
