Just seen it on the TV. Elaines mum lives in Liversedge She says its scarey there

I live in Liversedge and can confirm its very windy, its re organised the garden for us tonight!! The stove is burning well though just a little too well :lol

most people from a few doors downwards have no power
we have but are self sufficient without electric and gas
had me coal fire lit all day. got loads of candles and a 12v telly if needed.

apart from that its time to see how good my house insurance is as ive lost at least 4 ridge tiles
