Slipping Clutch- New clutch & Still The Same!!

sounds like you have a problem outside of the clutch itself, problem with the hydraulics me thinks, did we do your hose when changing the clutch? Rick

i did the master cylinder slave cylinder and hose all just before you fitted the new clutch nite be worth me trying another hose iv had a look and all seems fine
 
sorry mate who has gone off topic, re your clutch, you should have a good 50mm pedal movement before getting resistance, is this the case? Rick
 
Now ive adjusted it at the pedal i get some movement but you know how you can feel when its actually starting to move the slave cylinder against resistance, its then only a small amount of travel before the clutch is engaged.

Its like the clutch lever at gearbox only needs moved a very small amount before its operating the clutch. I cant think what can be wrong!

Its working fine, but its too high for a new clutch and my liking! :doh
