Hi I'm looking for a front skid plate to protext the expensive bits under my x-trail whilst greenlaning. Anyone any idea where I may be able to get one from?
Cheers,

I'm considering changing the shock and coils (front and back) to enhance the ride and to facilitate my use of the vehicle (lots of `green lane' type driving) and to raise the suspension overall by around 20mm to an inch if I can.
There are plenty of good coils around that will do this (from tbr and OEC for example). However, they only seem to supply bare struts (which need the bits such as coil base to be welded onto them to make them work on the xtrail), rather than ready to fit shocks. This welding is beyond my DIY skills and adds around £350 to the cost. Can I ask if anyone is aware of *suitable* shocks (ie better than standard) that are ready to fit to the x-trail and are designed to accommodate that degree of lift?
Any advice welcomed.
Thanks,
