hi does any one know whwere you can get sills for tarranos or does anyone sugest the best method as both my terranos are rotten and im fed up patching them:

have you tried looking under ford maverick as it is the same vehicle i bought some ford ones for mine i still have a pair in the loft not sure what ford they were for but did fit okay

Someone from Poland used to sell sill panels on eBay but I was told they are paper thin. I think fiesta sills fitted but no idea of details.
On two of my Terranos I’ve taken to a rust repair specialist nearby as he makes panels to fit. Just used sheet steel and formed them in a panel bender.

I’ve also know people just use box section instead of steel plates.

I would not bother with made up stuff, just cut the inner and outer crap and weld in some decent plate, it does not to need to look pretty just be strong enough to hold the body mounts, have a look at my Patrol mods re sills that I finished with scaffold polls, Rick
