It was meant to say the pipe above the turbo in to the intercooler lol. Have seen a pipe with 6mm off set leg so basically a 3 way silicone pipe. The bottom of the pipe to the top of turbo, the top to the intercooler and the spurred off 6mm leg connected to the boost pipe. Does that make it any clearer?? Basically want to know the diameter of the pipe from top of turbo to intercooler.

The smaller pipe (54mm) is the one between the turbo and I/C, the larger one (65mm) is the output from the I/C to the manifold.

Is there anything to stop me from using a banjo bolt on the silicone pipe leading from the top of the turbo to the intercooler??? surely this will give me the most accurate reading as to what pressure the turbo is pumping out.

Having looked at the Banjo bolt I don't think this would work however a nipple tap would. Screwed directly in to the sidewall of the silicone tube.

Ideally the inlet manifold should be tapped for accurate boost figures. 2nd best place would be the inlet manifold end of the intercooler and the last place I'd put it is in the silicone pipe itself .
