sexy winch type bumper ...

Where can i get a bumper like this guys ?? its just what I'd love, not necessarily a winch bumper, but a nice sturdy metal replacement with side infill's for a 2" body lift and the bull bar part at the top :thumbs

I think that's a french one and about 600 squid I think :doh I've seen it before and it has been on here on another thread, try a search again on winch bumpers :thumbs
OR buy on of mine for about 200 and get the bar bit fabricated on.

Ah, I designed it , a bloke called Andy makes them now for about 200 quid and is near Worcester somewhere, but he'll post for a few quid.

Ah ok sound. I'm in Staffordshire so wocester is no problem, perhaps he'd do the Infills if I took the truck down for a measure ...

I suppose I could just cut out that bit I need from the old bumper and stick it back in, above the New winch bumper so it looks right

Defo, he'll make what you want and mod anything for you. I was going to refit the top of the old plastic bumper for the infill myself, but couldn't be bothered in the end :augie

the ones he does now are different to the one on petes, andy is doing them slightly wrong and could be alot better.

But easy enough to change yourself or ask for the changes. He does them for a good price and the welding is top notch.

bends at the indicator lights are too low. They need to be higher up. As you can see it looks a bit big. You knock that part of the bumper, if it was higher the wheels would climb where it hits.

This is what a other member done with the same bumper, Which is similar to what I will do when I get time. Below also cut the indicator lights bigger for spots as indicators on that model are at the wing.

Also the winch plate is a little close to the body, so I had to cut into it.

I'd get the body lift done first as the one I bought is for standard body height.

big difference in price could have bumper and lift and snorkel done for that price

i would take a A4 pice with u to see that andy bloke to get what u want for half price:thumbs

He'll defo do a version of it, just depends on the tightness of the bends I think. As said take pic and your truck, he'll do it pdq.
