Nah, the stuff I put in to it will be taken off. Just sick of em, anyway, I promised myself a 240 Torslanda but have never been able to afford one, but with selling the truck I will. Theirs more room in a 240 if I wanted to sleep in it, Zenka would even fit in too with plenty of space:naughty
You leaving then?
Dunno would like to but will probably be shunned :augie

All those posts where you emphatically say you would never part with it... Then this...

As Rick says, you need a bit more commitment... oh and as said before, buying a 240 is only the start, parts are expensive, and running costs extortionate. We got rid of the 240, for the T2, as it goes twice as far, and costs less to fill up a tank. Another thing is, a lot of parts are no longer available, and as a lot of engine parts are plastic, they go brittle, meaning you can not even get them from a breakers. We had a vacuum coupling go, which was also a 3 way joiner, and after 4 months of looking, I had to make one out of copper pipe.

I know it is just my opinion, but I think you are making a very big mistake going for a 240, regardless of what you decide to do with the T2.

I wished I never said I was selling it now

Note to self, don't mention Volvos on a Nissan club Pmsl

All taking the huff

I loved my Volvo's have 7 of them, but they are only any good, if you can throw money at them, either buy paying someone else to do the work, sticking to the newer ones, where you can get the parts, or having it as a second car, so you can afford to have it off the road while you spend ages looking for the weird parts, many having to be removed before you can go and get the replacement, as they do not have very well documented demarcation lines when they change things.

Only trying to help you, so you do not end up 6 months down the line, carless, and pennyless.

volvo on strata, stanage or houndkirk hmmmm.

mind might manage latter, i did take a mk 2 escort over it in late 80s.

Perhaps Ryan as too many projects on the the go at the moment. And should focus on the things that are important.Such as passing his driving test. And then getting his truck on the road, and have some fun.

No one likes to fail.So when problems arise, take a break.Come back to it with a fresh look on it.And then quite often you want to kick your self.(Cos it becomes obvious what the prob was)Or at least a work around is possible.

Only Quitters Quit.
EDIT
Also other cars 4x4,have problems. What happens then.OK sell em.
