I'm a speedy squirrel :sly

Do all the other functions on that stalk seem to be working ok? Issue could be at the stalk

Failing that, get someone to hold the stalk back in position and get in the engine back and check if you are getting any voltage at the pump, it could be the motor has gone entirely, not sure what kind of a job that would be.

Does your rear one work?

I pop to coventry now and again to fetch veg oil from Costco :thumbs

I had same problem, assuming yours is same setup as mine with the bottle under osf wing.

The same pump runs both the front and rear washers, this caused me confusion for a while. Think it reverses polarity as it's only two wires.

I fixed mine by replacing the pump and the grey control box which is mounted below windscreen on the bulkhead at the ns. Bought the stalk as well but never needed it.

Send CNCfabs a PM as he's normally got loads of spares and advice, sorted me out and at a cracking price too.

Odd the one I sorted a while ago had two pumps, the bottle can be removed by two or three bolts from engine side of wing after removing other stuff in the way, only problem is if the captive nuts turn on the plastic bottle, then although it can be done blind for most it would be better to remove the wing, Rick

My nuts turned too Rick :naughty

I had someone with slim arms come and lend a hand, cheers Clivvy :beerchug: He was like James Herriot up a cows backside with his arm up under the wing :lol Only thing with mine is that it had a level sensor next to the pump.

All good info guys, thanks, need some dry weather to get under the wing!!

The non screen wash fault was traced back to the washer motor, a smart smack seemed to bring it back to life. Not a real problem to get to,osf wheel off, wheel arch liner peeled back, relay box loosened to make access to one of the hidden screen wash bottle securing nuts the others quite visible.Lowered s/w bottle to make the pump available.Connected a bulb to motor connector to prove 12volts at pump.
I will now try and source a replacement motor ready for it to fail again!!
Its the single motor with double outlet anyone know of a quality supplier!!
