Salisbury Plains Weekender - 26th/27th Feb

Pretty sure I'll not get any takers as this place is an utter ghost town these days, can't even be arsed updating any of my project threads anymore with how quiet it is

Here goes anyway......

I've got a maximum of 3 places remaining for a weekend of laning on the Salisbury Plains next weekend.

So far there's Me, Rick (Solarman) & Pete (makeitfit), for those that want to rough it and kick back in front of a camp fire, me and Pete will be camping on land owned by The Crown Inn pub in Devizes whilst Rick, Mags and the dogs will be staying at the Travelodge which is 5-10 mins away.

I'll be leading the group and will have 2 days of routes finished by the end of the weekend hopefully. Truck is pretty much ready to go, I'm going to do a fuel filter swap, and replace a clicking and clunking drivers side driveshaft.

Apart from that, I'll just need to fuel up, grab some firewood, food and lob the camping gear in and I should be away from work on Friday 25th and straight down to Devizes to get settled in the night before.

I want to be away for 10am LATEST on the Saturday for some muddy action

As Zac says Maggs and I are going, Zippy wants to join us prob Saturday night if we are all going for a meal someplace, I have been quiet as only this evening got my internet and phone back, but most of Bexhill is still without water has been for at least a couple of days but of course we are not affected, Rick

Would have been nice to join you all for the weekend but up to the neck in it at work.
Was hoping to have this weekend off to get a bit of pre mot work done but it's not going to happen
