Rusted radiator support

Hi everyone. Just found my rad cross member is rusted v v badly, any one ideas how to replace one or where to get a new one please other than from nissan? Thanks everyone.

Like Fez says replace it with box, mine has rusted on the driver's side, I suspect the headlight washers are partly to blame as from memory the tubing runs along the cross member.
