I have just taken my 3 0. terrano for M.O.T and was failed on constant velocity joint rubbers to N.& O.side drive shafts at halfords they Quoted me £334 to do this kob. Does anyone out there know if this is a fair price please.

If you mean the rubber CV boots then yes that does seem a lot....I could buy 2 for less than £30 and fit them in less than a day.I would love to earn £300 to fit them for you

Thanks for your opinion guys I have found out that my local garage will fit 2 new CV boots and do a new MOT for £170 now that more like it
