Roof Rack Fitted

Well i've fit the roof rack at last, need it to put all the stuff on for going to birmingham childrens hospital, now is it just me or does it look a bit daft?

This is true and including the cost of the hose clamps to fit it to the roof rails its still cost me less than £5 :thumb2

well went for a test drive to make sure it wasn't loose down the a38 and when i hit 40mph it sounded like i was being chased by a swarm of bees lol

oh right, i got it off ebay cheap and the fittings wont go over the roof rails so had to fix it on them with hose clips, i'm not bothered what it looks like tbh its more for practicality to put all the stuff on that we are going to have to take to birmingham with us as there is no room left in the car

fair do's :thumb2 I was thinking you were just driving around with it stuck on there re fuel economy wind noise etc but if it'll be loaded up , no difference :clap

Yep and they doin a good job all 15 of em, front is held on by proper fittings

actually the hose clips are doin a good job, i would have used U bolts but there seems to be a shortage of them around here unless u want them for a rc car
