Mk II all welded up and ready for powder coating in the morning.

Working on a Sunday has its perks.
Coat of zinc rich primer on the sliders
Next on with the black
Then bring them home and fit them :thumb2
Got a bit of a reaction in the black but they will do for now.

They look fantastic:thumb2 the only change I would do is have the rear part of the outer tube curving in like the front does

It's all this rain keep washing it:lol
Wouldn't go as far as saying its one of the best around, up close its got some battle scars and the cut rear bumper could be better.

As this was reclaimed safety barrier there where only 2 pieces of tube with the curve on all the rest are straight lengths.

I always knock my own work :lol
I'm pleased with how they look now they are fitted.
Got a few peeps interested in them so I might get a price from work for a run of a few sets:thumb2
