Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix my rev counter ? It's stopped working last night :nenau
Is it ECU controlled ? Any known issues ?
Cheers all :thumb2

Try it again today with no lights on, my speedo and rev counter start playing up when the lights are on due to heat from cluster bulbs!

Take the cluster out and check for dry solder joints, I think that is quite a common thing on these :thumb2

Ah yes but mine is the old skool version and defo no heat as none of the bulbs work either :lol
Speedo, fuel and temp is all I get to look at now
I'll oik it out if I have time later and check joints etc, cheers :thumbs

Hmmm, not the usual help responses :nenau
I may have to RTFM at this rate :lol

I assumed ECU but never had this issue before so not learned the solution.
Just back in from a top day out in the ruff :) so will fiddle with it later in the week :thumbs

Yes it has to be ECU sourced, it does not come from the alternator so poor connection some place will be the issue, Rick
