Removing Track Rod Ends

Does anyone have any tips for removing these pests? Ive got the track rod in a vice and cant get the lock nut undone at all.
Been trying to overhaul my patrol, found that the common leak from the hub is not just a case of replacing the scrapper assembly, its the half shaft oil seal that needs changing out.

Any tips,help, suggestions welcome, thanks

See ive read things about lefthand threads, I havent a clue? Had the blow torch on it and its not moving. It doesnt look like the TRE's have ever been changed. Found one of the ARB drop links had been welded as well, christ knows who the idiots were who've had this car in the past

Didnt realise it was a LHD thread ... 5mins of blowtorch + breaker bar and it cracked off. Cheers! :thumbs
