Looks easy enough to remove from the back but how does it remove from the front?

Reason I'm removing it is because I'm sure that this is the source of my annoying rattle at low revs, I plan on removing it from the car and running in 4WD so I'm only getting drive at the front wheels.

If my theory is correct the rattle should disappear if it's still there I'll pull all my hair out :lol:lol

Just pulls out

But pack some rag in around the shaft as you will lose your gearbox oil, and would not drive too far like this, Rick
