rear lights and tow socket

would it really matter for most applications of you just wired up both trailer side lights to one side of the towing vehicle? I dont think it would, would it?

You have to do exactly that on a T2 as the two rear side lights and number plate light all stem from one single feed wire where it comes out from in the back.

odd, i have wired 3 t2 tow bars but it has been a while and i just dont remember. I have a way of mentaly filing away stuff and not recalling it, or is that just my memory failing

You would have found 2 wires after the plug behind the N/S light, but before that there is only one solitary wire, well on mine anyway.

so if you started by routing your cable up to the off side? you would be as confused as me :lol :thumbs
