rear diff

hi lads can some one tell me is there any difference with the rear diff and hole back axel between 2-7 and 3-0 in Scotland not any 3.0lt breaking

I cannot remember if the ratios are the same between the 2.7 and 3, but other point to look for is your 3 will have ABS and earlier 2.7 did not, Rick

Aye.... I fitted an axle off a 2.7 to my 3ltr auto. The ratio's were different so I also changed the front diff to match. The 2.7 axle had the larger brakes and abs, so it was a direct replacement. Some earlier models had smaller brakes and no abs.

No mods needed for this job on my truck.
