RAV 4

Ok, my brother has bought a 02 RAV 4 automatic. Have any of you experience of these or be aware of any potential problems etc. I have already suggested he gets the transmission fluid change to begin with. By the way , mileage is about 92k. silver, leather seats so is probably at the top end of RAV 4s or do they all come with leather seats. All input appreciated, and no he is not a hairdresser but maybe he has "leanings" towards hairdressing. lol Are there any forums that you would recommend for RAV 4 owners? Thanks in advance.

Being serious I believe http://www.toyotaownersclub.com has a wealth of info and has a Rav4 club section with several thousand topics. Best I can find anyway.

believe land rover bought a couple of rav4s and took them apart
to assist in design of freelander, says something though i'm not
sure what !

funny cos back then they were pals with honda......

maybe they used the parts left after putting back together to buld teh freelander..

going off thread quick here but they used a
maestro van to muck up the fl running gear.

better to have stuck with a 4x4 maestro i
reckon.
