Ever since I have had the maverick, the driver side has a wet patch above the door pillar near the screen, water drips into the floorwell soaking the carpet. I have sealed round the screen but no joy, anyone else had this problem and cured it?

If you have a sun roof it's probably the drain tubes blocked (there's one at each corner).
Unscrew the sun visor, pull the door seal away in that corner and remove the A pillar plastic trim. You can then pull down the corner of the roof lining - you will then see the drain tubes.
Push a piece of wire down to clear any blockage.

Have you checked the door seals?

I'll have to get the vax out again then take the headlining down to investigate, door seals seem fine.

Try peeling back the rubber on the gutter, there may be a hole
