I made a single din out of mdf to fill the hole a harness adapter off ebay and wired a hazard switch i got from scrap yard think it came off a golf

ah yes I think I remember. How did you fix the single din to the dash? Got a pic?

My brother noticed one in a scrap yard and managed to get it me for £15 including hazard switch

Thought hard about this , but took the plunge and bought the panel off audio supermarket , yes you can all poke me wi pointy sticks and stuff ,but credit where its due its a tidy panel , I was expecting a crappy piece of plastic but no good and solid fits in snug , hazzard switch supplied , quick trim of the plug straight in , adapter harness supplied radio in , even the boss were impressed !

Ok its overpriced but at least it looks right and i can play me records :thumb2

TBH I was going to do the same when looking for a T2 but luckily mine came with a single din Nissan stereo:D still had to trim it tho as after market units are about 2mm bigger

The last 2.7 terranos c2005 had a std din radio with the hazard on the facia mount. Need to find one of them in a scrappy!
I'm just coping with a converter cassette with a 3.5 jack on it to my MPS player/phone. I was surprised at the quality of the sound.

They do a cheaper one for the P11 Primera but it has a sticky out bit that would need modding.

If that is true Nissan are breaking the rules as car manufacturer's are supposed to be able to supply all parts for said model for a min of 10 years after production has ended
