R50 Terrano r3m Autogearbox

Hi Just after confirmming which oil i need to put in to my automatic gearbox?
its terrano 2 r3m r50 model 2.7td engine also how much will i need?

As VG33 engined R50 has same gearbox as 2.7TDi Terrano II, I think its safe to assume that the 2.7 TDi R50 will have the same box too, so 8.5L of Nissan spec ATF is what the manual says - so just ATF then.

ok guys this is me being thick (All sarcastic comments welcomed lol)

i cant find a nissan specififc brand atf, and theres so many different grades out there, i really dont wana end up putting in the wrong fluid and recking the new gearbox?

Can some one give me a list of all the fluids i will need and what brand/grade is recommened/tried and tested .

R3mR ATF

Your friendly Nissan dealer should stock ATF for the R3mR I have found them very helpful when ordering parts for my R3mR.

Saddly my truck has just been struck down with big fuel consumption in the last fortnight and I am in the early stages of trying to find the problem. Its fallen from 20 to 8-9 mpg !!

please be aware though , that i think the 8.5 litres includes whats in the torque converter .
