I don't think I'll ever get anything else now.

They drive like an at tyre, even ok in the wet. Offroad they are terrific, not as good as insa turbo simex copy's but pretty close

hmmmmm, I'd say they're no where near as good as the Simex offroad, BUT the simex are chuffing noisey on the road and wet tarmac is a bloody hoot :lol
So if you're doing daily driver stuff then avoid the simex, if however you want to eat mountains then simex rock :D
Just take your time on the way home :lol

They just clog in serious mud though all MUDs do in my experience, making them marginally better than at's

Bloke in a landy with simex on at last p&p suffered just same as me his we're ass good as slicks

Indeed .In real wet goo agreed, but checkout the vid and see the simex get up the same hill the landie with all lockers did :thumbs

Here's another vid from the roof of Stuarts landie.(Turn your sound down unless you like the sound of his CB aerial twonking about all the time :lol) You can see in the distance me going up the rocks (about 7 mins in ) then after that he has a go, for a while, :augie and then eventually nails it.
His landie is properly powerful and has front and back lockers, he's running Coopers M/T 35s . Same size as mine. I'm on open front diff but did have the rear locker on for that climb but I'm running Simex.:naughty
Can you tell the difference ? :sly

had to have three goes at this vid as on a dongle and a bit slow so keeps locking, but now having seen it all (in dribs and drabs) looks well impressive, clearly the vid does not show how hard it is, never done rock stuff so guess different tyres needed here, but looks like you did well Pete, Rick

Picked up a set of 17" STTs yesterday I bought on ebay. Glad to hear you fellas like them, as you always seem to find the bad reviews on the net. I was going to put ATs on but I thought these were too good to miss at £300. They can sit in the garage til I wear the km2s off.
