Would you recommend Procomp 5"/50mm lift kit? Good or waste of money?

Can you only buy the 50mm lift springs and use them with original shocks?

if your thinking for terrano then now way! the best you can lift is 2" on the front due to suspension any more and youll kill drive shafts with in few miles as well as ball joints, ive done rought country +2 shocks with 2" longer springs on rear and wound the torsions up on front to match, remove anti roll bar on the back job done.. then ive done 2" body lift

I'm running pro comp shocks at the moment and find them soft and floaty on the road.some have apparently had problems with the weld breaking around the eyelets but so far mine have been abused and faired ok.
Come into their element off road :thumb2

I also run procomp shocks in one of my trucks, I don't like them way to soft. will be upgrading them soon.. 5'' lift on a terrano, you have a lot of work ahead of you is all I can say.. with a 5'' lift you will need 35'' tyres to make it look right and the terrano wont wear them easily which leads to other issues in the drive line... not saying you cant do it because anything can be engineered to work.

or is it a typo and you meant 2''/50mm

Sorry it was a typo. Im looking for 2" suspension lift.

I'm running the milners 3" rear coils which have settled at about 65mm of lift but only gone up 2" on the front torsion bars.
Anymore than that and the camber goes to pot and the drive shafts are at a bad angle.

Mines 3" on rear with 2" kit and a 2" spring spacer but might look into milners option as I like a soft kit on on mine when it comes to shocks due to the off roading side if it

So I could go with that Milners rear 3" lift spring & shock kit and adjust the front to match without any problems? In that case the front camber and drive shafts would still be ok??

Don't go to high on the front or you'll knacker cv joints and probably throw the camber out

Just to throw mine into the mix

I'm running 2" Rear Springs, Torsion adjusted to suit at front and 2" body lift on 33's

If you go any higher, it'll fall over every time you open the driver's door wide!
