How the hell do you get to the bumper mounting brackets in a t2 todo the body lift ???

Sorted.was me being thick all bolts loosened getting lifted Tom hopefully it will go straight forward

Hi paul, so are you all set for the lift?
Did all the bolts come undone okay?

Good luck, dont forget some pictures....

Yes Steve mate bolts not a problem a bit tight but came out lift tomorrow,I'm hoping to get a snorkel sorted before next pay n play, for some reason can't upload pics mate

Paul, make sure you only remove one side bolts at a time, not all at once...remove on side, jack it up and add spacer, replace with new bolts then do same on other side....

Are you making or buying a snorkel?

Best to upload pics using photobucket or summat like that...

Left one side of bolts in at the moment will jack opposite side up first, going to make my own snorkel at the moment I'm thinking about coming out of original air box into inner wing then out of the corner up the edge of the screen most of it in 2.5 inch alley or stainless

thats the way....remember to loosen the bottom of the steering linkage and remove the rubber matting under the inner arches....also the fan cowling on the radiator....

I fancy doing a snorkel but i hate the thought of cutting through the wing.....

get rid of the rubber matting its only use is to keep crud in there and start the rot, steering linkage i wouldn't worry about, left mine alone and did lift just fine, fan cowling just bin it.

my old truck after lift
