Good feedback, but what worries me is it also says "we know our stuff sometimes isn't up to standard"....which has been my experience on several of the bits I've bought from them.

Mmmm. i just noticed they no longer stock said master cylinder.so must be getting another dodgy one.

don't be such a pessimist, they might have sold thousands and yours could be the only bad one. remember 'glass half full' :thumb2

yep know wot your saying. just this car is driving me up the wall. trying to persuade wife to let me swap it for another discovery/rangerover.

Go for Massey ferguson or John Dear their tracters are more reliable.

then your troubles will start! I like the look of disco's and spent a while searching for a decent one priced up to £5k, I have never seen one that was worth parting with my money!

and my toyrrano has been reliable not.i had an excellent 04 discovery paid £3500 to a skint plasterer. i had it till i became a skint plasterer.had it just over a year the only things i replaced was clutch (my choice always do) panhard rod bushes, front roll bar bushes.it was re mapped de cat egr removed went like doo doo.towed the caravan no problem no notice in extra fuel whilst towing. just a crap turning circle. oh and quiter than the nissan.my 96 terrano hasnt had a thing apart from a bottom ball joint in 3 years.no rust either. if the 02 plays up much more then perhaps should fit a green oval

Had my Mav 16 years, no major issues, if I had to drive from Lands End to John O'Groats tomorrow I would.

As long as someone else was paying for the fuel. :doh

not having major issues since diesel pump. engine gearbox fine. its all the niggly bits, new fuel lines, clutch master cyl leaking, abs fault, slow drivers door window, cant select 4 wheel drive low or is it high cant remember, oil or summit leaking down back of engine.the list gets longer as i sort another.
