Started off a small leak but getting bigger, red power steering fluid leaking from cooler pipe that runs below radiator.
Is Mr Nissan Dealer going to charge me my arm and leg tomorrow for new one, supply only thankfully.

Didn't think the power steering had a cooler :nenau

Is yours an Auto box, if so, it may be the oil for the box.

You can get good 2nd hand parts from members on here...like cncfabs, there are others
EDIT
Just had a look at my one, it sounds like the power steering pipe has a leak, Nissan can be good on part prices, worth a try.
Or the guys who break them on this site.

It just does not look much like an oil cooler... IIRC it's just an elongated U shaped section of pipe.
In this country you probably do not even need it!

Maybe it could be replaced with 8mm copper tube.

Auto box cooler is in the bottom of the radiator.

It's a manual. Definetly power steering, same redness and I'm topping up the reservoir once a week to be safe. Aluminium pipe that runs along bottom of radiator then loops back. It started weeping where the clip holds the pipe to frame - seemingly quite common terrano / maverick issue.
If price is high, I might look into the copper pipe idea.

I had mine replaced with thick rubber hose by my local garage . works fine its been on for over a year

It happens to them all at some stage the alloy cooler pipes wear thin at the 2 mounts due to vibration. Had to fix them on the old SWB as Nissan wanted over £200 for a set of new pipes:doh I went down to the breakers & got a bit of rubber power steering pipe off a Nissan & cut the pipes under the mounts & sleaved the rubber pipe over the cut parts of the pipes never had the slightest leak again:thumbs had to make new mounts but that's dead easy & will do the same again when this one starts:augie

i have a second hand one off one i am breaking if you need one

Its a common problem, just cut it out and replace with some rubber tube/pipe.Simples.

I replaced mine with a rubber hose.just have to make sure you get the stuff that is rated for carrying oil.
got mine from Auto silicone hoses, was about 12 quid a metre and only used half of it.
