Well i went to look at a possible workshop today, wasn't too bad, it used to be used for horses so is still partitioned off but the owner said they can be removed no probs, is a fairly decent size, could easy fit 2 cars/trucks in there and the doorway in is over 8ft high, the woman also said if we fix/mod 4x4's she has a field outback we can use to test them on free of charge

Seems a bit "tacky" to me lol...:doh

:lol:lol:lol:lol

It'll begin to smell like me after work, a mixture of equestrian and diesel:roflol:

long as its somewhere dry & cheap to work from i'd go for it, check it ain't got a cobbled floor if theres still bedding/mats down tho,:thumb2

Get a lease tho & t & c on the conditions of using the field as she may have a hairy canary if you dig paths/tracks & divits with the vehicles.

Nice find mate , I especially like the luxury tea making facility :D

floor is concrete, she wants the field used as she wants it to get dug up, she aint bothered about ruts etc.

its £70 a week rent inc electric

oh well but i'd get it in writing anyho just incase she changes her mind, thats cheap (prob what she got for a few diy livery horses :lol

the owner has already put aside a big chunk for car parking aswell which she said cars can be left on even if its just a shell etc. while they wait to be worked on

Looks good, plenty of space and secure. Also tea making facilities are handy! £70 a week seems very steep though. But I know it's hard to find something decent.

I've got first dibs on a large shed, Been told I can rent it from end of month. Hoping to swap it for one next door as it's more garage type shed and the other renters only store stuff. Best thing is it's next door to work so will have wifi etc.

My mate pays less than that for a garage that'll take 12 cars happily

And that includes gas heating and electrics
