Possible date for France

I have been assessing all the possible options ferry prices and crossing times, and bearing in mined all your comments, I have come up with a suggestion as to a date for a trip.
So I will kick it out there and see who can fit in with it.

Proposed date 1st to the 8th of June 2014

Ferry From Plymouth to Roscoff Sunday 1st June, Departs Plymouth 22.00 .
Arrives Roscoff 08.00 2nd June.

Return trip Departs Roscoff Sunday June 8th 09.15 Arrives back in Plymouth 13.00

One 4x4- 5m long by 2.6m high , Two Adults , With one 2 birth inside cabin. (no cabin on return trip)
£353.00.

I may be able to arrange through a friend and Brittany ferries for a 10% discount on this , so that would make it £317.70. But you will need a code on booking to get the discount, which I will PM to those coming.

how many places have you got ? there would be just me and the wife,

I think this is latest good price,after this it starts to get a bit pricey

Have checked out Portsmouth St Malo for depart 1st June night time sailing arriving Monday morning and return Sunday 8th day time sailing, cabins both ways and for a 4 x 4, total £399 so once I know this is a definite date I will book it, anyone else going yet? Rick

After listening and watching the diagnostics of this terrano, when you guys do the trip one thing to bear in mind is parts availability.

Be a shame to get there and not be able to cure before you leave.

Although I suppose you can always swap over parts :nenau

how tall is a terrano 2 ?

the difference in height between below 1.83 m or above on the ferry is £60

i think mine IS below 1.83m

Good point, I will check mine in the morning, I have roof rails and bars on top of these, but these can be removd easily, Rick

I think rick is coming portsmouth st Malo as its nearor to him but it's a bit more expensive i think because its a longer voyage and its an extra hour this side.

just spoke to john,
its a go for the 1st week in June,

1st june to the 8th june

so ive just booked it
me and the wife are going in terrance the terrano,
this is the crossing both john and I agreed on ,
but you can pick whatever suits you,
so come guys who else is coming ?

only had to pay the £35 deposit, balance in mid april
