please i need help again

hi all my t2's rubber injector leak off bung keeps splitting not the pipes and I am losing diesel 1/4 for ever 4 miles . I have tried pushing a new one on 4 times . are their different sizes and I went to my local garage and they said I could get braided bungs but couldn't tell me where from.

Have you got a pic, I can't remember where this part is ?
Are you running veggie or bio by the way ? As that can soften the pipes.

I haven't got a pic but its the injector nearest the bulkhead the one they just put a blanking bung on . and I am using supermarket diesel. I have replaced it 2 times in 3weeks

Ah yes I remember now. What about a bolt put into the pipe then a small jubilee clip or similar to hold it in. There's a fair bit of pressure up there

what pipe are you replacing it with?

halfords do a leak off pipe kit with a bung in the packet for a few quid as long as you still have the metal clip that holds it on fit the clip to the bung and push it straight on

at the moment I have cut abit of braided leak off pipe and found a old 4.5mm drill bit that was broke and pushed that in and cut it off flush and try that . my father inlaw says his terrano injector leak off pipes has got clips on . but mine doesn't . has any of your got them on and if so do you know where I can get them from
