Then i'd suggest thinking long and hard about your hobby and exactly what you are using the motor you depend upon for.
I'm lucky, my work is only half a mile up the road from my house so if my main motor breaks I dont have a problem.

I'd also recommend in future walking or prodding with a stick before driving...

Also - you will always break things no matter what the motor is when you are off-roading for a hobby. Especially the way you attack things in Briercliffe, the place is savage and before you know it you've snapped a pan-hard and blowwn a cv by wheel spinning then suddnly gripping on the sharp stone. The number of motors we've dragged down to the road with Paul's tractor you wouldnt believe...

It may also be an idea to build yourself a repair kitty if using a motor you depend upon for motorsport...
oh i agree, being new to the hobby it is fast dawning on me that it is a very expensive job lol

i dont know just have to have a think about it in general

the problem i have is i need 7 seats in what ever i buy so drive up cost and insurance :(:(

Yep its a problem indeed!

There is a simple answer though... think about where I left my vehicle at Briercliffe that day when you were all ribbing me... like I told you I was playing up there at 12 years old, I aint stupid! I'll take it up there when i've prepared it properly...
No way would any amount of grief from newbies have made me take my beloved standard cherry into that quarry! I'd rather stand back and watch :sly especially when folk dont like the advise I offer...

I've helped remove too many dead standard cars from up there... Best one was a fourtrack some lads bought and took straight up there. Two days after their purchase it landed in a scrap yard

i have seen a nice looking izuzu trooper cheap
