why on earth would you want to take on a project that obviously would not pay for itself if you sold the finished product.
work on your terrano and your terrano only, when you've finished toby ill buy it from you for about 800 quid when YOU have done all the work:D
your chucking time money and effort into pointless projects.
what happened to the ldv project?
pick one project and think of the refinements on that one thing.put all your thoughts on one project and you could have a master piece.

Toby is coming off the road, and I'm hoping to get s LDV, but if by chance I can't, then thus us where the diesel conversion or buying a insurable diesel will come into play
 
I should also add, I'm taking the terrano off the road us I can't afford to license it at the end of the month, also, I'm taking is to my mates house fir welding. We are also going to rust protect the chassis, and paint it all.

If ur finding it hard to insure a diesel what makes u think with engine replacement which is a big mod its going to be to expensive. Well more then toby I think:nenau
 
Modified Hyundai= insurance price hike of biblical proportions :doh
Modified LDV= exactly the same as above :doh
ONE YEAR'S DRIVING as a learner = 1 years NCD for when you pass your test.
Sooo, why not just insure the Hyundai for now, pass your test, THEN with some discount in your pocket, go for the projects you have in mind.
Just a thought :bow
