That is one high up Patrol, think this one next to mine was 6 inch lift but smaller tyres than yours.

Kind regards

Russell.

Cool photo. Shame you couldn't have the Land Cruiser in there too for a comparison. All awesome vehicles :thumb2

Right, a few upgrades for the truck so thought I'd upgrade the thread.
Some are good, some not so good but hey, cant win them all.

First of all I knew I had to get drawers put in the back to make use of the space. I also knew it wasn't something I could buy as the top half is custom so the drawers would have to be custom.

Had to put my big boy pants on and attempt to try and make something myself. So here goes....

I took the measurements of the maximum sizes I could have. As you can see, the division is not central and both drawers will be different sizes.

Screwed all together after getting them all cut to the right sizes and creating the handle space

Screws by themselves obviously wont be strong enough so I also glued them together. This glue holds F1 cars together so these with the screws and glue are now super strong.

One more all clamped in position to hold as the glue sets. Normal room temp you really want a good 12 hours so left over night

Thanks Jim :thumb2

I wrapped them in PTFE on the bottom so that they slide on the boot floor carpet

I then spray painted them black and put rubber matting on the bottom which isn't in this picture ready to go in the truck.
