That was given a serious amount of thought but at the end of the day the wheel and tyre is just way, way, way too heavy to do anything with up there.

It takes 2 people to lift it onto the hubs low down so back breaking to lift that high and I'm quite strong. Better utilising the space another way like has been done. Still not sure about a spare. Might have to go without.

I had my doubts but I was not 100% sure Rick! What prompted me to get one is the reports of people leaving metal spikes on green lanes in order to injure horses and puncture tyres, I reckon if I get more than one puncture one of these kits should be able to get me home.

Certainly a good get you home repair, they became nonviable because the plug can work it's way out again, the only permanent repair is a mush room plug inserted from inside, I prefer the can of gunge that inflates the tyre as well, at least as far as I know are legal, Rick

WTF........that is seriously dangerous, cruel, unnecessary.......so some mentally deficient amoebas are doing this to discourage anyone but pedestrians using these lanes, which I am assuming are still 'BOAT'.........:doh :doh
