After a lot of thought, this is the solution so far, to achieve our needs when we're away.....
I wanted a perfect fit to the Patrol interior to achieve ideally a fixing free installation.
Templates were made at floor level and at drawer height level so I could machine the panels exactly.
The board I have used is a film faced ply together with some phenolic faced off-cuts from a job. This board is commonly used for flooring horse boxes etc.
The whole project was based around the use of Euro boxes for the drawers and lidded versions for the actual storage of clothes and supplies.
