apparently, there are two different diffs fitted, but they are both LSD :nenau

mine certainly behaves like all the other LSD vehicles i have owned and driven in the mud and i have never heard of one without and LSD. This might be worth a new thread :thumb2

No its not, its just a different diff as you say (Or a diffdiff...?) but defo still LSD. And no cat either. Miaowwww...

BUT - I would have a 99-plate round headlight brand new again...the facelift just isn't as well built IMHO.:(

I have seen two types of diff fitted to both Mk 1s and Mk 2s but both have been limited slip, the ones fitted as a unit from the front take lots of oil, while the ones built into the axle from the read only take about 1.5 ltr, but do not know about later models, Rick
 
The LSD on the MkI/II is an H233b.

I believe the LSD on the MkIII/IV is a C200 which I think was also used on the Pathfinder, Frontier and XTerra?
